Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I also had my oil changed there. They told me a lie as to why I needed synthetic oil in my vehilce, how my motor would be damaged, lose my warranty etc.\r\rI called my dealership and they told me any SAE grade oil sold in the USA would be fine in my new Toyota.\r\rApparently, they get a bonus for selling the high dollar synthetic oil, and they don't care how much it costs the consumer.\r\rDon't go there, they are crooks.\r\rI see their manager is writing his own reviews like the one above.

I recently came in to get my oil changed and my inspection done on my Nissan. The process was very quick and enjoyable considering the number of cars there. However, at no point was I offered any variations on oil quality. When I got the bill, it appeared that I was automatically charged for premium oil. I am on a very limited budget and was not really prepared to handle that sort of extra expense without any sort of warning. Everyone was great, but In the future I would appreciate some sort of options presented to me before I am charged. Very upset that I was obligated to pay essentially whatever it cost just because the deed was already done.

I always have a great experience when I get my oil changed at Valvoline. I'm in and out and it's a reasonable price. I also use the coupon that comes in the mail that gives me $4 off each time!!!

Sunday morning trying to beat the church crowd getting my oil changed. These guys were open and talked me into a transmission flush along with my oil change. Nice, informative crew. oil change just under $40.00
