Mike Symank was very personable. He understood my concerns. He stood by the workmanship of the service dept. He went above and beyond to see that the corrections were made in the upmost superior way.

Mike Symank is an exceptional service advisor. He is very good at what he does. He always explain things well and is always very friendly. To be honest he is the BEST service advisor Vandergriff Honda has.

I LOVE MY HONDA ODYSSEY!!! It is like a car dream come true! I was looking for something that was economical, but yet could seat a family of 5 comfortably! We had to wait for the right time to get the car, but we were not in a hurry! The timing was perfect! Matt Davis, our salesman was very nice. He was never pushy nor did he make us feel like we had to by all the "extras". He followed up many times with us after we bought our car. I can say that even though I am hard to get ahold of, I appreciate him going the extra mile! Thanks Matt for selling us a great car! Mike Symank, service coordinator was eager to show us different perks of having the car. I had to drop by for a concern that I had on the windshield and Mike was quick to take my car to get it washed. It was like having a brand new car all over again! I will definitely go to Mike when I need an oil change or any other service done on my car. VANDERGRIFF HONDA IS THE BEST AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MATT AND MIKE TO ANYONE!!!

If you visit this location, definitely ask for Mildred Dominguez! Not only was she more than helpful and informative on a sales level, she was also genuinely friendly and was willing to communicate with me on a human level. She's also willing to stay in contact through email, which I feel is far more effective than calling customers incessantly about their interest in making a purchase. How many of us honestly want to answer a phone call from a sales representative in the age of modern technology anyway? Furthermore, I know how difficult and intimidating it can be to walk into a dealership full of complete strangers, trying their best to make sure you don't leave their lot without making a huge financial commitment that very day. I didn't feel pressured at all when I showed up to this location, mostly because I was able to ask for a specific person after setting up an appointment that very day. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience, and would absolutely recommend Vandergriff Honda for your next vehicle purchase!

I was a victim of the classic bait and switch on Sunday August 17th. I received a mailer from Vandergriff Honda saying they would buy out my lease on my car and put me in a new Honda Accord LX for $259 a month, no money down. But when did the work up sales offer the lowest price was around $321. When I said I wanted the advertised price I was given the traditional Let me see my sales manager. I eventually walked out. BTW, the small print also indicates that no money down does NOT include tax (although I wasn't buying the car), dealer prep, etc. Yet another nosebleed experience in buying a car. I walked out.

Purchased a bran new 2012 Honda Civic couple months ago. Car is perfect! Great Deal! All thanks to: Yuni Chon, Charlie Evans, Thomas Gentz, and of course my salesman Joseph Norman. All of which worked very hard to get me into this vehicle at such a great price. Thanks guys!!

I went in for some routine maintenance and was greeted at the door by Chris Gonzales. He was very friendly and made me feel welcome. He told me how much it would cost before hand, and though I had to wait a bit he accurately told me how long I would be waiting. I enjoyed a snack along with a free drink and comfortably waited while watching t.v. and using their free wifi.

Quality of work is excellent, as it should be. However, SERVICE APPOINTMENTS, at least for the Express Service shop, mean very little at this dealership. I don't know why they offer them on the website. I had a Ford that I brought in at 7:45 a.m. on a Saturday for an 8:00 a.m. appointment, thinking I'd be first in line, but there were four or five cars already in front of me! It took OVER TWO HOURS for an OIL CHANGE and TIRE ROTATION. They had to ORDER THE OIL FILTER from the Ford Dealership! EVEN WHEN I TOLD THEM AHEAD OF TIME TO EXPECT A FORD! Also, STAY AWAY FROM the extended warranties on preowned vehicle. You will be misled and tricked into a false sense of security. You will come back when your vehicle breaks down and find out they didn't sell you the contract you thought you were being sold. They will say things to get you to buy, like "just for you, I'll throw in oil changes..." or something like that. "For you, I'll do it." DO NOT LISTEN. Get an EXCLUSIONARY contract from EFG (Enterprise Financial Group, located in Irving, TX, not out of state like MPP) through Repair Defense Network or even CarChex. It's a way better deal.

I'm greatly bothered by your experience here at Vandergriff Honda. I can assure you this is not how we treat our customers regardless of where they bought their vehicle. Service Advisor Mike Symank was great! Brought in my Odyssey for warranty work and was in and out in one day. Make an appointment and they send you reminders via email and again when it is ready to pick up so you are not standing around.

I called the dealership for a new battery for my Odyssey. Mike Symank helped me on the phone and I learned about the 100 month warranty on Honda batteries! SCORE! When I pulled up Veron Shorter greeted me in Express Service like I was a long lost friend, then Howard Russell helped me out and got me taken care of quickly. Im now rolling with the kiddos with no battery concerns. While I was there, I spoke with Breck Lowe about some paint concerns and he was very understanding, Patrick Jordan talked to me about my used Odyssey value and I now have dreams of a new one someday. Thanks guys! The free drinks at Perks sure are nice.

These guys made it easy. Thanks guys. I'll see Mike Symank when I need my oil change. I already got a hook up for service if I need it. Thanks again.
