I have actually been going to Dr Vason for the last several years. Unlike the previous reviewer, I have nothing but positive things to say about him and his staff. I have recommended him to many different friends and coworkers and they are all happy as well. He has recently moved to a new office and although I haven't been personally, my wife says that it is very nice and that they have worked to make it more comfortable than the last location. Perhaps my best comment is that he is very good at his work and at minimizing my pain. I'm not fond of nedles, and yet, he manages to administer novicane in a way that i cannot really feel it. Finally, I have had a different experience than the other reviewer in reguards to personal matters. He always remembers me, my name, my wife and is sure to ask how we are doing. There's also some back and forth concerning Georgia Tech and UGA. I have never felt ignored or belittled. His whole staff has always come off warm and friendly.

After seven years of going to Dr. Vason, I am looking for a new dentist. I recently had some services that I feel I was charged too much for, the bill was very confusing, the staff was non-communicative and Dr. Vason's bottom line seems to be about the money, not how he or his staff treats and communicates with the patients. Dr. Vason did good dental work, but made me feel as if I didn't matter, wasn't respected and as if I had been taken-advantage of. I can't go to a doctor I don't trust who seems shady, so I told his office I would be looking for a new dentist. They did not seem to care they had lost a patient of 7 years.
