unreliable
I believe they do good work but they are extremely unreliable. 2 times in 2 weeks they completely stood me up. I had stayed home from work both days in order to meet them. The first time I'd talked to them the previous afternoon. They said they'd be there in the morning. But they never showed up, never called. So I called back to set up another appt. I talked to them the very morning they were supposed to show up. They said they'd be there in 2 hours - never showed, never called. If you can get them to actually show, I believe they do very good work. But the unreliability is extremely unprofessional.
