Legs are half done and was billed 1,300.00
When I first went in September 2010. After back and forth they finally said insurance would pay. I finished the year with many back to back appointments to try to get it done. I admit I was late twice and they rescheduled .I always felt like it would never be done. The beginning of the year came and my insurance changed after 15 years. I never thought to tell them or never did they ask. When I came out of my injections I told them I had new insurance. I was told not to worry. We scheduled again and I asked are we sure I am covered. They gave me the "mumbo jumbo" that it would be ok. I waited a little longer and went for another treatment. Again same story but on this visit they hit me with a 500.00 bill. I was not expecting that at all. The billing manager just gave me another story. ( out of kindness I will not mention her name) Again not I scheduled another appointment and they said it would be taken care of. They blamed everything on insurance this and that. I finally did my part and called the insurance. They said they never received full chart. To make along story short I have never taken so much time ever on a bill to resolve. All I know I have another bill for 789.00 waiting to be paid and half of the treatment done. Overall I felt I was taken and it was to many visits. I have half good looking legs.Make sure your insurance pays or you will have a big bill. They are good at stringing you along.

Poor service
I went to this office for an ultrasound/mapping appointment. Upon arrival the front desk lady asked me to seat and wait. After waiting for about 20 minutes, she told of me that the technician was not there and that they will have to reschedule my appointment. This was in the middle of the day; I had to ask for time off at work to attend this appointment. Anyhow, I rescheduled the appointment and I had the mapping the week after the initial appointment. However, in the middle of the mapping, the technician decided to stop to place her lunch order, uh? Crazy! I was perplexed. The doctor called me the next day and explained the mapping and told me that someone was going to call to schedule an appointment to start treatment. It has been a month and no phone call from anyone there. Find somewhere more professional to go to. Don’t waste your time.

Hi Elizalo, I'm sorry that your experience at our office was not up to par. What you describe is certainly not what we strive to accomplish and the issues that you brought up have been addressed. Please believe me when I say that it is very unusual to have any of those things happen here - much less have them all occur for the same patient. No wonder you're disappointed! I would appreciate it if you have a minute to call and speak directly to me so that I fully understand what happened. I would like to look into your case so that we figure out exactly what happened so that it doesn't happen again. Thanks for bringing it to our attention, Dr. Aleman.

Great staff and doctor
I had the best experience at Dr. Aleman's clinic. The whole staff was very helpful and warm. They were reassuring when I was nervous about having my procedure done, and Dr. Aleman talked me through the whole process. I would definitely go back if I need more treatments in the future and would highly recommend this clinic. As a bonus they also have free parking!

Success Story
I had a positive and successful experience with Dr. Aleman. I had vericose veins on the back of both legs and they were treated and removed with just one session. I had minimal discomfort and only a small ammount of bruising afterwards. I would recommend this procedure to anyone with vericose veins because I am living proof that it works! I also enjoyed my experience with Dr. Aleman in particluar, and greatly appreciated his calming bedside manner. Thank you for helping me correct this problem and feel better about wearing dresses and bathing suits this summer!
