Arrived in store to have my mobile number and contacts switched over to new phone. Horrible in store experience with Lawrence who expressed to me several times that he was upset I purchased my phone @ best buy because he missed the commission. After telling me he could save me $80 dollars a month and give me a $50 dollar gift card if I would have dealt with him first I expressed I was able to return my phone for full discount and would take him up on his deal. At this time he told me it was too late since I already made a choice with Best Buy. Service went downhill from there. Last thing I want to hear as a consumer is how an employee is upset with me because I cost them a commission.

For service, this is the place. People are nice, and the techs are savvy. You deal with professionals when you come to this location. The store is modern, air-conditioning works (unlike at some other Verizon locations), and their selection of phones and accesories are very good. Again, I must emphasize that they impressed me with their technical savvy--they know what their phones can and cannot do; and if they are not sure, they will find out. I was impressed.
