I hate having to go into this store. The Sales Reps are rude and never eager to help the customer unless you are buying something. Yesterday I went in to change service from one cell phone to another and I couldn't even hear what the Rep "helping" me was saying because the other Reps were laughing and cutting up so loud. The Rep turning my phone on was in a hurry to join them so he told me something was wrong with their system and he couldn't turn my phone on so he wrote down a number and told me to call it and do it myself. Are you kidding me? I finally got him to call the customer service number himself and turn it on but he was irritated at actually having to work. Seriously, go to the Newnan store, they are wonderful.

Overall, dealing with cell phones companies is not something we want to do. Verizon is hit or miss on their customer service. Depends on who is working the desk. Overall, I have been pleased with the service and reception, but will probably switch to a flat rate company.

Overall, I have been pleased with Verizon. When ever I have had problems with my service or phone, the staff have taken care of the problem. They have also offered advice on the features offered so that I don't sign up for what I don't need.
