IN DISBELIEF, 3/26/2011

I have purchased the droidx and the xoom with all accessories. Upwards of $2000.00 If you have to use this store due to location and you are buying a tablet either the Galaxy, Ipad or XOOM DON'T, go... to another str. After all the horrible customer service.My Xoom crashed on the 20th day. Complete flat lined. I am sure it is a fluke. But going back in there now with a system crash on their latest and greatest device THEY TOTALLY FAILED AGAIN. They dealt with me like as if I am a problem and any question is just to many. I requested a manager in hopes to get some help with my Xoom and there possibly explained my 7 week run with the reps @ this str.He is arrogant and totally could care less about the problem or that I was a customer. I didn't hear a sorry about the inconvenience or any sound of empathy from manager or rep. Just "we'll ship it out to you." So I can see how the reps underneath him could be mirroring his character. Or maybe he is like that to all of them and they can not wait to get out of the building therefore the customers are just blurs to them and distractions of them trying to figure out how to leave and find another job. That is seriously what the energy is like in there. Amber the rep that sold me my droid x was my first contact in January and she was great. Product knowledge 10 and kindness 10. That is why I went back I couldn't find her. The other 6x going back to buy accessories etc.. the 3 reps and manager all rate ZERO. Overall a degrading experience.

i had great service at verizon. they have good phones and great customer service. you can guaruntee no problems with verizon
