The stylist did exactly the opposite of what I requested. When I told her I was incredibly disappointed, she asked if I wanted to book another appointment in 2 months. If you want to be ignored and in inexperienced hands, go to this salon. BTW, I requested the best colorist, but she cancelled on me and sent me to the least experienced.

I hadn't gotten my hair professionally "done" in a long time. Turning 40 has been the catalyst to getting me back in a Salon. A co-worker recommended VSS and I knew it would be a financial sacrifice to check it out. I showed up as a walk-in one day in December and asked if I could be helped within the hour. I told them I was fine with a Junior stylist. I was blessed with Anya. She is truly gifted and has a great personality to go along with her gifts. I felt safe in her chair. She began the process of color-correcting my hair and she spent all the time it took to finish me up before a show I was going to perform that night. I came back for a second visit recently and she was just as consistent in skill and in being personable. I am grateful for the quick turn-around she has provided my hair. The Salon is welcoming and hospitable, and VSS people are a team. They communicate with you one-on-one before anything is started. There really should be no surprises the way VSS conducts their business. I hope I have said enough to convince you that Anya and VSS are worth a try.
