After taking a series at another local studio I was ready for a change. I found VJ's through doing an online search and finally did a drop in class. I was so disappointed in myself for the things that I hadn't learned at the other studio and so impressed with VJ's the very first class I took. The VJ's team is so attentive to your technique and willing to help you succeed with what you are doing. Joe is willing to let you try classes that you wouldn't try. I tried Grown & Sexy Pole with Rahqui b/c Joe allowed me to take this class for free and gave me a pair of shorts for the class so I would take it. I didn't have a pair of shorts for the class b/c I had just dropped and Joe even threw in a pair of shorts. I love the VJ's team and can't wait to continue Pole Fitness with Team Vj's. The students are also very willing to help out and not make you feel like a complete looser b/c they have learned the techniques and you haven't. I am glad I found my home and I will continue to encourage everyone to try Team VJ's. You will not be disappointed. Zenda

BEST POLE STUDIO EVER! Come down and register to start at Vertical Joe's with the Oprah of POLE "FIYA STARTER". This is more than just a studio; it's a second home for me. The pole instructors and staff are very professional and also know how to have a good time. All the instructors have amazing personalities to bring with their off the rockers pole tricks and skills. VJ's is constantly reinventing themselves and trying new things; it NEVER gets boring or redundant. Vertical Joe's offers pole classes for the very beginners, intermediate to very advance. You can always look forward to growing at this VJ's. I've seen other polers come from other studios and they love the challenge they get at VJ's.I personally came to VJ's when I was turning 30 looking for a change in my exercise regimen and I have not looked back. I have run Half Marathon and was training with a running group but now I don't want to do anything but POLE. It puts my body in the best shape ever and I lost lots of inches. Poling at VJ's will reinvent a new sexy you. I know it did for me! Trust me people will notice your new confidence. The best part of the studio is all the girlfriends you will make here. I have met so many beautiful people here that are so supportive of each other in pole and through our personal issues. We all support each other at VJ's and we love to give each other tips on how to land tricks and spins. We want to see each other succeed and grow in our "POLE LIFE".

I started my pole experience at another local studio and decided to switch studios. Vertical Joe's has been a great experience. The classes are a lot of fun and yet very structured and detailed. I like the step by step instruction. I have told a lot of people about the quality of instruction at Vertical Joes. :)

In reply to goldengirl3000 I am the owner of Vertical Joe's FItness studio i would like to apologize for your bad experience with the studio. If you prefer to walk in without pre-registration then yes, Dance 411 is definitely the place for you. For the record, the class you CHOSE not to register for was Absolute Body Suicide, it is offered at the Moreland location through a company not Vertical Joe's. It is not taught by Vertical Joe's staff but we have the option to offer the class to our clients. This is why it's so important to pre-register, that way if their status changes we can notify the clients. Our pole classes require online registration because we do NOT share poles in our classes unlike Dance 411 and many others. You CHOSE not to preregister and that's the risk you take if you don't. With every dance studio classes are subject to change at anytime. We are glad that you were able to still get a class in despite the confusion, i created 411s pole program, i know you had fun. Lots of people use our system online and love our website. When it is difficult for them they call us and we help them. I am sorry that it was difficult for you to navigate through. The numbers listed are working and the city of Hapeville never kicked us out. I guess that was something you said out of anger to make you feel good about yourself. There is a studio home for everyone Poleateaz, Dance411, Gotta Dance and Street Studio are always among my recommendations. Enjoy!

Unfortunately I never got a chance to take a class, for the second time last night I showed up for a class that was cancelled. I tried to sign up for a class based on the recomendation of a co worker. The website would not let me register and the # ON THE WEBSITE was disconnected. I decide that I would just show up and pay for the class when I got there since this is an advertised option ON THERE WEBSITE! When I get to the studion no one was there and someone from an adjacent studio gave me another number to call. I called this number where I am told ever so rudely and Ghetto, that I MUST Pre-Register for a class and you cant just drop in. So I inquire as to why this is an option on the website and also advise her that I attempted to sign up online and even called the disconnected number that is listed ON THE WEBSITE, she then tells me that I should have looked for the "help#" at this point. Im sorry but I did not realize that I was on a scavenger hunt and that I had to seek out alternate numbers when the one listed ON THE WEBSITE is not working. Very unprofessional so i just DROPED into the dance 411 studion down the street, NO hassle, class was held, and Vertical Joes will never see me again. No wonder Hapeville kicked them out of the city!

Vertical Joes Fitness Studio is awesome. Since I started taking pole dance classes, I have replaced my dull treadmill run with Pole dancing classes. I love it. The studio offers a vareity of classes, all of which don't feel like exercise. Well boot camp, chair fitness and zumba do, but they are still very fun classes to take.

VJ's offers women the chance to feel sexy and get in shape all at the same time. The instructors are supportive and make the classes fun. The other students are encouraging and everyone makes you feel like YOU are the hottest thing walking. Take a drop in with Racqui or Headliner or a series with Sexy Locs. You'll have fun and work your body!

I started at the studio very overweight. I've learned great stretching techniques, aerobics and strength training. Great confidence booster also. The staff is professional and everyone feels special when they come to this studio. A lot different from any other exercise training I've ever had. My favorite was Inversion Institute.
