There are many small moving companies that really don't know the meaning of customer service. Victory Moving took their time to educate me on the process and was very honest when it came down to estimating the time it would take to move my belongs. I could have went with a company that offers 2 men at $69 an hour, but you truly get what you pay for and they don't take care of your furniture or belongs. I appreciate a business that takes there time and explain to you how moving works and who is HONEST.

Victory Moving Has totally improved their customer service and we love it! Victory Moving has some not so good reviews online we were skeptical! They assured us that Customer service is #1. The new management is superb.

I was a little hesitant after reading reviews, but these guys were top notch. My 2 friendly movers were early and they had my living room, bedroom, and dining room, and washer/dryer wrapped quickly and into the truck with no wasted time. Smooth transition into my new apt, all done in 3 hours. Would absolutely use these guys again. Correspondence with the main office went fine and they confirmed a few days ahead what my move date/time would be.

Horrible experience... I had scheduled them for Tuesday from 2-4. They never showed up. I called and they said I was scheduled for Wendesday even though I had confirmation. So I took Wednesday afternoon off and waited... They didn't show up. They called and said they were swamped and they would get me first thing Thursday morning. Thursday morning they called and said they were too busy and they wouldn't be able to get to me. What am I supposed to do now? I was relying on them and they failed big time.

Here's a brief summary of my interactions with Jay at Victory Moving. - I emailed to schedule an appointment. Jay called and confirmed that the time I needed (7/27, 8am) was available. - Despite the Groupon indicating that they would "pack and move," Jay told me that they would "pack OR move." I decided to use them for moving only. - I received a second email stating that they would be available to move me and that I should call to setup an appointment. I'm not sure what happened to our previous interactions and appointment. - By this point, I had been quoted "$150 for the first 2hrs then $90 per hr" a couple of times, despite having a flat rate, pre-paid Groupon for 3 hours. - The second email also changed from "2 men and a truck" to "3 men and a truck." When I called, I was told that I was required to pay an additional $75 for the third man. I reluctantly agreed. But Jay guaranteed that they would be done in 3 hours and no additional charges would apply. - I confirmed the details a few days before the move in writing. Jay wrote back and agreed. - I got a call the day before and was told they would show up between 1-3pm. When I inquired about my confirmed appointment for 8am, Jay told me that since I cancelled my appointment, he gave my time to someone else. I NEVER cancelled. In fact, I explicitly confirmed the appointment more than once.

*****WORST MOVERS IN ATLANTA***** These guys are not trustworthy. They are known to say one thing and do another. I HIGHLY suggest using Buckhead Movers or any other company than them. If you are set to move on a certain day, DO NOT be surprised if they call you 3 days out and cancel for no real reason.
