Videotech had my tv for three weeks and did not fix it. i called Bob three times to check the status; each time it was always the same thing, "I'm on a job, I'll call you back". Guess what, he never called back. I had to go to his shop and pick up my tv. I told him what had happened and that i was upset with their lack of communication, his response was, " we're really busy." Then he said that he called me letting me know the progress and that they were having dificulty tracking the part. (which he never did) essentially calling me a liar. (I checked the call history on my cell phone, three outgoing calls, no incoming calls) When i asked for my $50 back, he said that hes got more into than that with tech diagnostic time and trying to track down parts. I'm sorry, but i paid to have it repaired and i ended up paying him $50 to not fix my tv three weeks later. Go to ANY other repair shop than here.
