We used Villa La Paws to board our 5 motnh old puppy for a week during a flight out of town. I was a little apprehensive since he was a puppy and it was our first time to use the VLP, but they came highly recommended by a friend and the fact that I could check on our little Dash by wecam while we were gone swung our vote to VLP. It was great to check in on him any time of the day and see him having fun, socializing, even see that he was snoozing well at night despite lots of new friends to socialize with. It was also great to see there was staff with him, even overnight. They did some basic grooming so we didn't have to deal with matted hair on our Bearded Collie upon return. When we picked up Dash, he was happy, not TOO anxious to leave and obviously knew the staff well. He even came home a bit calmer and was more appropriate with our ancient poodle who had to suffer lots of puppy annoyances prior to Dash's VLP visit. After our experience we plan to use VLP for future boarding, periodic "socialization days" in the form of a day care day on those days when he would normally just be home alone due to our schedules. We are very thankful for the referral and to the staff who love or little guy almost as much as we do.

Don't take your pets here! Not only was the service awful but they actually injured my dog and left me with a $200 vet bill. The vet noted that they groomer left 4 abrasions on my dog, 2 of which were bleeding. Villa La Paws responses: not our responsibility... it wasn't so bad that she needed to go to the vet... you should shave your dogs in the winter?... Please don't risk taking your pets here!
