Upon entering this kennel I was amazed at the staffs wilingness to take me on a tour. They were very friendly and seemed to really care about my pet. The kennel was unbelieveably clean and I was surprised that it did not have a bad odor. All of the dogs seemed very happy and well taken care of. My dog had a great time!

I boarded my dog for one weekend and had a HORRIBLE experience with the Collier location. My dog actually had physical wounds on him when I picked him up and had to be taken to the vet. He had multiple scabbed over, swollen wounds on his head. It took several calls to the manager to try to find out what happened, and the best response I received was that he must have bumped his head on his crate. Unacceptable. My dog reeked of urine, and I did not get his bed and toys back. I would NEVER take my dog there again, and I would absolutely NEVER recommend that anyone else take their dog to this kennel.

I will never use this place again. The boarding area was nothing but a dark warehouse with crates set up in rows. It was so saturated with bleach fumes that I had to give my dog a bath after picking her up. They lost all the toys I left, and worst of all my dog was evidently never fed the entire week she was there -- she lost several pounds, and all the food I had left was given back to me (the bleach fumes had even gotten into that, so badly that I had to throw it away). She went in healthy and came back sick and distressed, reeking of bleach and with her hair matted and coming out in clumps. There is no way I will take any animal to this place ever again. If you care at all about your dog, stay away!

This was the first place I've ever left my dog so I was nervous. She was there over the weekend. They are very friendly and actually played with her before just dragging her away. Their fee is reasonable and they offer alot of playtime so that your pet isnt locked in a tiny cage the whole time. I will definitely go there again.

I boarded my dog and when I picked her up some of her toys were missing and I noticed a few puncture wounds that appeared to be bite marks. Needless to say, we will not be going back there!
