My wife has been seeing her for several years and we are satisfied with her service. The staff was warm and cheerful and the doctor was caring. Her nurse Joyce is a joy to work with. Sometimes the wait can be long so be prepared.

My former gyn (she left private practice) recommended Dr. Vinokur. I have gone to her for years; and think she is a lovely person and caring professional. Her nurse(Joyce) and office admin(Linda) are warm and friendly and so very helpful. When my daughter came of age to need a gyn I took her to see Dr. V. and she has been a patient for 7 years now. My children are my world and I would never trust their healthcare to a doctor I didn't trust implicitly. I think that alone is a strong endorsement.

Dr. Vinokur has been my obgyn for at least 10 years. She has been a wonderful doctor who has always been there for me. She did my surgry back in 2003 and helped me through my recovery. I have sent her several of my friends who in turn have thought as much as I do of her. I can't believe so many others have been so rude about her on here.

I am shocked to read some of the negative reviews on here. All I can recommend is visit her for yourself. Dr. Lisa Vinokur has been my OBGYN for years!!! She has helped me through diagnosing endometriosis; she is a very skilled and professional surgeon, she has a wonderful bedside manner, which nowadays seems hard to find in a doctor. She has gone on to help me through extensive fertility treatments so that I finally could have a baby. She delivered my son, which I would not have had any other way. It was a calm and peaceful delivery, exactly what I pictured! I love Dr. Vinokur so very much and I am grateful for the friend that referred me to her so many years ago! Thank you for everything, Dr. V!!! You are the best!

I have been a patient of Dr. Vinokur for at least 15 years. She has delivered all 3 of my children. Dr. Vinokur is top notch. You are not another number in her practice. She takes the time and reads your chart. She looks you in the eyes when speaking to you. She's up to date on the lastest procedures & medications. Dr. Vinokur has a fabulous bedside manner. Her office staff is equally as nice & helpful. Dr. Vinokur has always gone the extra mile for me. She's taken her time where other Dr's haven't. She's an excellent Dr.

I had been looking for a doctor like Dr.Vinokur for a long time, and thanks to a referral from a friend, I found her. I have been her patient for over 8 yrs, during which time she delivered my 2 babies and performed my gyn surgery. All of my experiences have been wonderful. She is a very caring doctor with a warm bedside manner. She always made me feel at ease and I knew I was in excellent hands. My husband is a physician as well and we both agree that Dr.Vinokur is the best!

Dr. Vinokur diagnosed a rare cancer that I had and referred me to an oncologist. The oncologist performed life saving surgery. The oncologist said that most obgyns would have missed it. I continue to see Dr. Vinokur as a patient.

Dr. Lisa is an "old fashioned" doc with a big heart and gentle spirit. She is highly competent & personable. Sees all her patients personally. Does not pass her patients off to staff members who are not doctors (M.D.s).She delivered all 3 of my children. It feels like a family visit whenever I go to her office. She's the best!

My OB that I saw my whole pregnancy was out of town when I went in to labor. Dr. Vinokur was on call with the hospital that night , she must of had a Christmas party to go to because even after being told several times by my nurse that my baby who was 5 weeks early was not descended she broke my water which caused his cord to prolapse and I almost lost my baby. Thank god for a wonderful nurse named Lisa who jumped in the bed to hold the cord from cutting off his pulse completely why Dr. tried to find scrubs... still not sure what went wrong during my emergency c-section but I had a post partum hemmorage for 4 months and horrible scaring to my uterus which has resulted in a hysterectomy at 24. So thanks to Dr. Vinokur I will never be able to have more children. I have been thru a lot and my son was in the NICU for weeks due to her neglect.

worst, mean, cold, office staff I ever encountered. All they care is about your wallet. Peggy the office manager should not be working where they deliver babies. Dr Vinokur must have cheated her way to medical school because she is the most unprofessional & disorganize Dr I've ever met. You wait so long in the waiting room

Dr. Vinokur treated me horribly during my first pregnancy. I didn't have insurance, not due to lack of job, but my former insurance didn't cover maternity. Because of this she treated me like street trash. Asked me how many needle drugs I used, who I shared with, how many men I've had unprotected sex with...After the initial blood work she told me I had HIV and again asked how many needle drugs I've used, etc. I explained to her that I've never done these things and didn't understand her line of questioning. She basically profiled me because of my looks and lack of insurance. Not the fact that I make good money, drive a luxury car and live in Roswell. I was willing to pay out of pocket all of my expenses, but she couldn't see past whatever problems she had with me. Her staff constantly apologized for her behavior and said she was often like this. Not a very nice person or employer to work for (the nurses I spoke to were at the time looking for new jobs). The nursing staff treated me with more respect and dignity than the doctor. After two visits I immediately switched to North Fulton OB-GYN. Of course, after being freaked out by potentially having HIV (according to Vinokur), my new doctors assured me I was 100% healthy, treated me with respect and helped me have a stress free and happy pregnancy. With all the negative marks against Lisa Vinokur, I'm surprised her private practice is still in business. She's a very angry, unprofessional & bitter!

I had to switch docs when my longstanding OBGYN closed her practice. This doc was recommended by my old one. I was 20 weeks pregnant. Each visit came with long waits and a completely disorganized office staff (trying to give me the same test at each appt.) The doc herself was OK, but I believe my delivery was rushed which resulted in problems after the fact. Needless to say, I switched docs again. Do not use this practice.

Just an awful experience. I went twice. The first time was a disaster - long wait time, unorganized office, the doctor was cold and trying to rush us out. We thought she may have had an off day and gave her the benefit of the doubt.... next time was even worse. I can't believe such an awful practice can exist.
