I returned to Virtue and Vise to ask for advice on treating my infected conch piercing I received from them. I wanted them to see my ear to better diagnose my concerns, which involved bringing along my 20 month old daughter. As soon as I stepped foot inside, I was told I had to leave because I had my daughter with me. When I explained all I needed was to ask a question about my piercing, I was told again I had to leave immediately. The staff member was cold, expressionless, and didn't bother to explain this rediculous rule despite the inconvenience it obviously caused. Nor did she offer to speak with me via phone so she could still help. The only reason we left the house was for me to get help with my infected piercing. Considering how much money I paid for my piercing and the earring itself, you'd think they could trouble themselves for 5 minutes to help me. I planned to purchase my 2nd conch earring (a hoop) there, but forget it! They don't deserve another penny from me, nor any referrals.

I went in to V&V with intentions on getting an industrial piercing. Friendly greeting right away and quick consultation with April led me in a better direction with a tragus and a rook piercing. She explained why the industrial wouldn't work on my ear and showed me pictures of what would work. After I made the decision, she showed me the jewelry to chose from-great selection. I made my choice, filled out the necessary paperwork, and about 10-15 minutes later I was getting pierced! Mandolynne did the actual piercing and she was fabulous! She explained everything before she did it and made the experience very relaxing. Both were done before I could even think about any discomfort. Neither piercing was painful...more like a little pinch. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get pierced. I'm an ink girl (with 10 tattoos) and after this experience I just may be a piercer too!

I've had nothing but great experiences from this studio. I've been getting pierced there for 10 years or more, and have nothing but great memories and would definitely recommend anyone in the Atlanta area giving them a visit.

I had my tragus done back in april, and it went very well and looked great. BUT, it's been six months and just now healing...today it literally ripped out of my ear as i tried to change it. my tragus has to distinct floppy sections that are noticeable, i have to go to the doctor to get it stitched up or glued. they pierced it WAY too far outside so the skin surrounding it was so thin that it just popped. I wouldn't reccommend them for a tragus piercing... I know it isn't my own fault because i cleaned it every day and didn't change it for about five months. They pierced it way to shallow to the point that i have to go to the doctor.

I randomly deiced that I wanted to gage my ears and buy some earrings. My girlfriend told me that she knew of a place where I could go on the way. I looked around they were SO helpful and I ended buying the jewelery and they put it in for me and everything!!! They were extremely educated about their jobs which I don't feel like I've ever had! They sent me home with a take home kit and all BEST PLACE i've ever been to!

I have been pierced here multiple times. I've always been impressed with how sanitary they are there! They are very professional and knowledgeable. They have lots of cool jewlery to choose from. The prices might be a little high in comparison, but the end result of your piercing is worth it! If she still works there, ask for April!

I tried to get a piercing here. The service was terrible. I did not see any sanitary procedures or practices. They were rude so I left as quickly as I could. They acted as if they were doing me a favor. They did not pierce me correctly.
