Great customer service. As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted nicely. They took the time to help me find a great gucci frame and I got my glasses the same day. The doctor was very nice... and informative. I will definitely return next year for my next eye exam.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

About 3 months ago, I took my grandmother to get her eyes examined at Vision Galleria. She had been complaining about not being able to see for the last year. Upon the completion of her exam, the doctor told us that she had cataracts. The doctor referred her to a catarct surgeon that very day and she had them removed within 2 weeks. She could finally see again. She was very happy with her results and also happy with the way that Dr. Choe took the time to explain her condition. She was very informative and patient with my grandmother. Thanks to everyone at Vision Galleria.

I went to Vision Galleria to get my glasses last may. I had lost my glasses on a trip and I needed them fast. I have very poor vision and did not have a spare. They have a great selection of frames to choose from. The staff and doctor were very professional and helpful. They got my glasses to me that day. I was very greatful for their speedy and efficient service.

Vision Galleria has a nice selection of drill mount frames. Melissa and Dr. Choe were very nice to work with. However, it took MORE THAN 2 WEEKS for my glasses to arrive, and when they got there, they were not correct. The glasses had to be sent back to the lab and that resulted in ANOTHER 2 WEEK wait to get them back. The glasses are fine now, but Vision Galleria needs to improve their lab service if they want to serve their customers.
