This group is wonderful and honest. I have been going to a competitor for years. My experience today was of a well run office that was working with the patient to utilize their vision insurance and not over bill or upcharge for services. They have state of the art equipment and are very honest and reasonable.

After several years as a customer I was told today that I could not schedule an appointment for my two young sons and myself together on a Saturday for eye appointments before they go back to school. The reason I was given was that they have a new "rule" - they wont take three appointments from a family as they are worried we might not show up and then they will be down three appointments for the day....They even suggested that I split up the appointments over two weekends. Seriously? Vision One just lost my family's business for the following reasons: 1. They have no respect for the lives of their customers. (Why should I have to schedule time over two weekends just because they are afraid customers might not show up??) 2. They need to trust their long standing customers....Ive never given them any reason to think I wouldnt show up with my two kids for three appointments. Weve done it before. 3. They obviously do not need my business....they didnt seem too concerned when I told them I had a problem with their "rule". The doctors there are nice but there are many eye doctors in the area and they need to understand that customers do have a choice to go where they feel most valued. We will not be choosing Vision One in the future. Disappointing.

I have been taking my family here for five years now. They are super professional and honest. And anytime I have ever had a problem, they have always fixed it. Totally recomend this place!

Most of the staff were great during my initial visit -- especially Dr. McBrayer and Angel Morgan. Things were different when I came back for my follow-up visit. They were busy and I felt like I got completely abandoned while looking at glasses. Walked out empty-handed.

The doctors here are wonderful. My kids have been seen in a moments notice due to broken glasses, lost contact lenses, or sport injuries. The staff is great too.

I buy glasses here but do not see the doctors. Some of the staff are friendly but some are not. I feel sometimes that they do not appreciate my business as they have a "hurry up and get out" attitude. As I said, not all are like this but a few rarely smile at you or say thanks.

I love the Docs at Vision One. They take there time and listen to what your needs/concerns are. Best of all the selection of eyeware. Great place if you need vision care.
