I had the interior of my house painted. The crew arrived on time each day, they were courteous and efficient in painting my home. Had a small problem which Connie reacted to immediately and it was settled. This company has a customer service that you don't see anymore. I highly recommend this company if you want the highest quality and service.

I am a repeat customer. This was an exterior residential repaint job. The job was completed timely. Connie in the office is a pleasure to deal with. The owner, Michael Gatto, takes a personal interest in his company's performance. He goes over and above to ensure professional results.

I hired Vision Painting to paint inside of a rental condo I have. It is a loft type floor plan with some high ceilings and difficult for a non-professional to get to. I was very pleased with the quality of work and the short amount of time it took to complete. Not only was the painting job done flawlessly, but they did an excellent job of repairing several large wall holes (1/2") from old shelving as well as stress cracks and visible cracking from previous poor quality drywall. Additionally I found the price very reasonable. There is very good chance I will use Vision Painting again in the future.

Had several estimates done but Vision was the most economical yet provided the most info. on the job specifics. Estimator was very knowledgeable; Painters were thorough, professional and conscientious. Enjoyed the Kudzu.com credit as well. I would recommend Vision and/or use them again. Thank you

We had an estimate done from Vision to paint at our house. After we got the estimate, we called to confirm a time for them to come out. After they didn't show up the first time, we called again and they set up another time. We asked them some basic questions, like: do you use a brush or spray (we were concerned about overspray onto other units, cars, etc). We also requested to be present while they were here so we could open the windows and garage doors so they wouldn't be painted shut. After they didn't show up the second time, we were finally told that Connie (in the office) "didn't like my attitude" because I "asked too many questions" and this is the reason they didn't show up. Apparently showing concern and interest for work being done at our house didn't go over well with them. As a friend of the estimator, we didn't receive any "deal" or special consideration. In fact, we received no consideration at all (not even after the fact). If we weren't a good fit, professionalism would have required them to tell us that honestly, rather than now making excuses in response to this post.

Who does business like this? We would recommend you NOT use Vision Painting, as they are very unprofessional. We regret these circumstances, but this is an accurate description of the events and will stand by our account.
