Visiting Angels

We used this service for seven months. The care giver or Angel had a good relationship with our senior family member who the Angel spent week days with while we are away at work. The care giver arrived on time every day. \r\rUnfortunately, this angel was in need of constant and consistant supervision - and an improvement plan. This person was on my computer constantly trading on EBay and Amazon as well as exchanging dozens of e-mail messages. Supervision was close to zero as the management did not seek feedback as to how they were doing and what they could do to make things better. I reported her misbehavior and the non performance of her assigned daily tasks. I also spoke to her supervisors requesting help and an improvement plan. Nothing ever changed and the supervisors and management never visited my home even after I made such requests! This was very upsetting. We finally went to another agency and all is well. The visiting Angels did not really care or ask why we were leaving them. \r\rWith our new service we no longer come home to messes made by an Angel who did not clean up after herself.
