Nationwide provider of local voice mail services for thousands of communities. We cover most U.S. cities with the largest network of voicemail services in the nation.
I found this service from a Google search and signed up on line. The next day I received an email and telephone call from voicenation. They said that before they could activate my account they needed by personal social security number. They claimed that they needed it to verify that I am not a fraudulent business. Needless to say, I am not going to give out my SSN to anyone. I told them that I wanted to cancel and asked for a refund of my initial payment. We will see what happens.

Dear Sir, We would like to confirm that we have issued a full refund to your credit card per your request. We would also like to state that VoiceNation is anything but a scam. We provide live answering services and virtual voice mail services to thousands of businesses worldwide. We were recently awarded the Better Business Bureau's Torch Award for our outreach programs. We would also like to remind you that you actually were a VoiceNation customer back in March of 2012 for about 4 months. You signed up for our same live answering call center services then and used them for 3 months, at which time your account was closed for non payment. Since that time, we have incorporated new measures to prevent fraud and identity theft by requiring all of our live answering customers to provide us with their SSN# or EIN#, whichever you prefer. We hope you will reconsider using VoiceNation as your preferred live answering solution, as thousands of other businesses worldwide have chosen to do. Best regards, VoiceNation
After talking with a lady in sales, I was told that they could forward customers from their number to my cell phone. Not 10 minutes after they had my credit card number did the problems start. Almost every person who called my Voicenation number were unable to be forwarded to my cell phone. Even when the service did connect me with my customers, a few minutes into the conversation the call would drop. Also, there was even an entire day where where the phone number didn't even work. When I called tech support about these issues, I was told they were "Carrier Issues" and they'd have to call me back. After a 2 days, I called them back to see if issues had been fixed, only to have the tech support rep tell me she had no clue about my previous issues. After that, I've decided to go with a much more reputable company.

I am a self employed local Atlanta electrical contractor. I work alone and so it is hard to take calls and build my business. For a very reasonable cost each month, these guys have helped me to maximize my time and grow my business tremendously. I highly recomend!!!!!
