First time I went here, I asked them to tighten my bolts that hold on my windshield wipers, cause I noticed they where getting loose. They did not and a few days later I got caught in a rainstorm and my wipers stopped working...I could have easily gotten in a accident pulling off the road cause I could not see anything. I decided to give them another chance when I need brakes. When my car came around the corner from clean up, I noticed that a piece of my trim was hanging from my front bumper...upon further inspection, I realized that someone had hit the curb is my car, scratching my rim, pulling off my trim piece and scratching up my tire. I will never return to this dealership for service because they compromised my safety and damaged my car.

I purchased my new Volvo from Gwinnet Place about a year ago and had a pleasant buying experience. Unfortunately, my service experience there was AWFUL. The first time I went my service coordinator was rude and I also noticed there were political stickers all over the main door which I thought was unprofessional. The second time I went in, they overcharged me for services that were supposed to be included in my service plan and when I spoke to the Director of the Service he was just as condescending and rude as his Service Coordinator. I have since switched dealerships and am glad I did!

We have had nothing but problems with this dealer in regards to servicing our Volvo. My wife brought the car in twice and asked them to look at the transmission - both times they said everything was fine despite the fact that she told them it was slipping. I drove the car months later and realized how bad the transmission was. We brought the car to a couple of transmission shops who informed us that the transmission would need to be rebuild/replaced!! We finally shamed Volvo into assuming most of the cost since they missed it twice. Additionally, among other problems - they looked at our A/C twice and never did get it fixed. Please find another repair shop!
