The staff has an idiot (glasses, mustache with goatee, receding hair, wore a white plaid shirt) who can't comprehend a simple question. I brought an empty case to ask him "Do you have this movie?" There are only two ways to answer the question: "Yes" or "No". This idiot instead said that I'm holding a jewel case, and the actual discs are on the shelf behind him. I repeated the question. He repeated the same response. Is it so difficult to answer "Yes" or "No"? I got the impression that the movie has been checked out. So I asked him when is it going to be returned. He then told me about the rental policy, took a copy of the rental policy and showed it to me. Again, he refused to answer the question. I looked at him dumbfounded, because it's obvious that I'm talking to an idiot and he didn't know how to answer the simple question. It took him several minutes - and at least 5 idiotic responses - before he finally understood that I want to rent the movie. The staff member next to him was laughing. As the idiot went to find the movie, I call him an idiot. I'm sure it was loud enough for the staff member and the idiot to hear. Don't get me wrong. I'll keep coming back, so long as anybody BUT the idiot help me at check-out. If the staff insist that he has to serve me, I'll leave.
