Although the technicians usually do a good job (sometimes unchecked by the orthodontist), and the results look good, it feels more like an assembly line than a doctors office. Also, serving multiple locations but some only one day a week seems ridiculous - unless you like to travel. I feel like they are doing me a favor by treating my child. Maybe that's how it is everywhere - if so, I too miss the old days...

Fancy office with staff of about 5 technicians who do all the work under the supervision of the orthodontist. They travel from one side of ATL to another to maintain many offices. Only available one (occasionally two) day per week per location. Staff and doc attitude are ok, not great, but ok. Took a long time to get braces off. Gameroom games are often not working. I miss the days when the orthodontist actually did the work. But, this is a business and it's set up to maximize profits. I'll search for another orthodonist should my other child need one. I just don't feel like they are really interested in pleasing us.
