always had a good experience
Our 2 small dogs have been going to WAG A LOT for the past couple of years, typically about one weekend a month with longer vacations interspersed. We've always had a great experience with WAGS and find the people to be friendly and that they truly care about the dogs. Their cost is also more reasonable than another place in midtown we used recently and it's convenient to the airport. We plan to continue using them!

Basic Care is Lacking
Through no fault of Wag-A-Lot, my dog was injured at their facility. They did not bother to tell me until I called them to ask what had happened. Because of the delay, I had to put my dog on antibiotics.

The main reason I chose this facility was that they were supposed to contact my veterinarian in case of injury or illness.

WAG-A-LOT prides itself on top notch, quality care for dogs. Our attention to detail and dedication to the well-being of all dogs has been our hallmark for the past 11 years. As part of our daily routine, all dogs are given a “rubdown” – a nose to tail health check. A dog getting injured is a rarity at our stores, however we understand that it can happen despite our best efforts. Communication is golden. When we observe an illness or injury, we immediately assess the situation, notify the parents and call their personal Veterinarian if necessary. If there was any lapse in this process and procedure, we certainly apologize. In light of this feedback we will certainly reiterate the importance of this in our daily and weekly meetings with our Pack Members. Rest assured, this is not the WAG-A-LOT way. Thanks for taking the time to read and learn more about WAG-A-LOT.

Nice facilities, bad service.
I took my two dogs to Wag-A-Lot only to find them terribly rude and unreasonable. My dogs are regulars at a couple of doggie daycares in Atlanta (paws playhouse and dog days) and Wag-A-Lot made it very cumbersome for my dogs to be taken care of. I can't speak for every worker at Wag-A-Lot but the person I dealt with was extremely rude which I have not experienced at any other doggie daycare that I've been to (typically the workers are pleasant and actually like dogs). Aside from the service, the facilities look nice from the waiting room.

Makes for a very happy dog!
I have been taking my dog to the Wag-a-lot in Reynoldstown for a few months and he seems to love it. The staff always remembers him by name and his tail starts wagging as soon as we drive up. The staff is friendly and my dog gets to run & play while we're at work. We're both happy
