Basic Care is Lacking
Through no fault of Wag-A-Lot, my dog was injured at their facility. They did not bother to tell me until I called them to ask what had happened. Because of the delay, I had to put my dog on antibiotics.
The main reason I chose this facility was that they were supposed to contact my veterinarian in case of injury or illness.

WAG-A-LOT prides itself on top notch, quality care for dogs. Our attention to detail and dedication to the well-being of all dogs has been our hallmark for the past 11 years. As part of our daily routine, all dogs are given a “rubdown” – a nose to tail health check. A dog getting injured is a rarity at our stores, however we understand that it can happen despite our best efforts. Communication is golden. When we observe an illness or injury, we immediately assess the situation, notify the parents and call their personal Veterinarian if necessary. If there was any lapse in this process and procedure, we certainly apologize. In light of this feedback we will certainly reiterate the importance of this in our daily and weekly meetings with our Pack Members. Rest assured, this is not the WAG-A-LOT way. Thanks for taking the time to read and learn more about WAG-A-LOT.
