Fast and Fair
On July 13, 2011, after reading so many positive reviews, I contacted Whites Appliance and spoke with Mark around 5:00 PM and explained to him that I had a property in Lithonia, Georgia with a gas range and the oven wouldn’t work properly. I gave him the name and number of my tenant which he contacted immediately. My tenant called me around 6:15 PM the same day and told me that she was able to bake again. I was very surprised at how quickly Mark responded and fixed the problem. He replaced the oven igniter. I’ve had this rental property for over 15 years and live four hours away. This is the first time I’ve been able to get a repair this quick and easy. Mark’s response was fast and the invoice was fair and I was more than happy to pay.
