Helpful, caring staff
As a single female, it's tough knowing who to trust when needing something done on my car. About a year ago I needed 4 new tires and didn't have a clue what to buy - Jim Williams advised me and helped me get the best deal - taking my safety into consideration. When I had a problem with one of the tires a couple days later he came to my house (on a Saturday no less) and fixed it at no charge - also insisting on checking the other 3 tires. Shortly after that I hit a raccoon on my way to work - it ripped 3 plastic pieces partly off the front end of my car. I had no idea what the scrapping noise was so I called them and drove to the shop after work - they ordered replacement parts and fixed it the next day. Since then, I take my car there for my oil changes and anything else I need done. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. It's nice to have piece of mind when it comes to my car care!
