Wingate cleaned our carpets and re-surfaced our hardwood floors prior to putting our home up for sale. They arrived on schedule, their work was accomplished in the timeframe stated, and the results were better than expected. Their work is reasonably priced, and the owner was personally involved in the work. While showing our home, prospective buyers commented on the great condition of the 13 year old carpets and hardwood floors.

I just had my carpets cleaned by Wingate Floor and Furn Services and I will never use another company besides this one to clean my carpets. There are many reasons as to why but I am limited to what I can say. Their work is impeccable and they take pride in their job. I can't thank them enough!

Mr. Wingate was very prompt with our appointment. I was given the cost of the service before Mr. Wingate started. In the past we had carpets in our other house cleaned by a van mount unit and it always seemed to have a musty smell and stains would continually show back up. I have not any problems with the cleaning process used by Wingate Floor & Furniture services. Our carpets are exceptionally clean. We have a toddler and we had a lot of food and juice stains, we were not left with a single one. The carpet became all fluffy just like new and was dry with in 4 hours. I would recommend this service to all.

We finally found a professional service company for all of our floor care needs in our home. We have a combination of flooring in our home, and found Mr. Wingate capable of handling various problems with our carpet, flooring which had developed over the years with children and pets. We feel that his company has added thousands of dollars in value back into our home, and will gladly recommend him and his company to everyone we know.

Prompt, professional, honest and thorough. Mr. Wingate was actually about 5 minutes early for our appointment, and did an outstanding job. He had already started packing up his equipment when he found something that looked like a spot, so he unpacked it all agian and re-cleaned the area. I would absolutely refer him to anyone.
