FRAUD, AVOID
Wade irrigation placed a backyard drain in Oct 2012. He promised to make my backyard "dry". He gave me a 5 year warranty for parts and labor, guarantee that my yard will stay dry.
2 months in, within 1 heavy rain, my yard is flooded. I have pictures showing how his drain is not working and just flooding my yard. He blames my neighbors yard as the cause.
It has been 2 months since I first contacted him, and he has yet to come out to fix his drain. Vacation, sick, car is broken - these are the excuses I got from him.
My grass is dying from excess mud and water that pools from his drain. He has created a new problem and now wants more money to fix - even with his 5 year guarantee.

Sadly this guy wanted me to fix another problem for free. On this job he added on tree trimming and koi pond removal..which neither he paid for. He paid us to move water off pathways which we did. We redirected the water to corner of property..and where the three neighbors lots come together the water pools...he wanted us to fix that for free. We stand behind our work and do a good job, but we CAN'T WORK FOR FREE.
