The first visit or two at WTA was great... then I noticed scabs on my dog's neck and legs from where she had been nipped at while playing. I called to discuss it with the owner. After speaking with him, we came up with a few different ideas as to what happened and how to stop it. They really bent over backwards to make things right. Zoey has now been back twice and is bite free; we'll be back. Just tell management if you don't want your dog to come home with marks. They really do love their dogs and want to make everyone happy.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! We have enjoyed every time we come to Wagging Tails. Not only are they knowledgeable about dogs, but they also are friendly, affordable, and outstanding in customer service! It's great to go to a place that knows your dog's name and really takes the time to know their personalities and tell you about how your dog did while you were gone. Highly recommended by Harley's parents, lol!

Great staff at wagging tails. Our pup is a little timid, but having the camera allows us to know that she's safe. The staff at wagging tails was also willing to work with our pup to go outside in grass since she struggles to relieve herself on concrete (which is all they have in the play yard). The experience has been good overall though -- with a caring staff that takes pride in what they do. Our pup comes home worn out and exhausted from playing all day!

My rescue dog has blossomed in the year & a half we've been taking her to Wagging Tails. She went from being scared of her own shadow to the strong Alpha Female she is today. Worth every penny, every month to take her here.

I cannot say enough nice things about Wagging Tails! My dog had severe separation anxiety when I moved to Atlanta a little over a year ago. The only option I had for her while I was working was dog daycare. After doing my research, I found that Wagging Tails was by far the best value in Midtown. But I wasn't going to go on just price alone, so I called and they set my (toy size) dog up for a temperment test, I am sorry that you (BELYPS) had a hard time finding a place for your pit, but you are mistaken, Wagging Tails absolutely does a temperment test, I would never drop my precious dog off at a daycare that didn't temperament test either!!! There must be a very good reason why they don't accept pits! Since my dog is so small I was worried about her being mixed in with all the other dogs, but the caring folks at Wagging Tails assured me that they always have someone watching the dogs, and they frequently separate the small dogs from the big ones, especially if things are getting roudy, or if its cold out. In fact, I once took my dog to Wagging Tails in the dead of winter after she was shaved, when i came to get her at the end of the day the owner told me that he had kept her in his personal office all day because she looked cold!!! They are such sweet, caring, dog-friendly people. I have never experienced a problem with them. I would recommend Wagging Tails to anyone who needs a place to keep their dog (big or small, just no pits, lol) during the day!

I started taking my two dogs to Wagging Tails about 2 years ago. I was looking for a daycare that was a little less corporate and a little more friendly. These guys are there for the dogs. Every single staff member not only knew both of my dogs' names after the first visit, but also their personalities. I could really tell that they pay close attention. As for the lesser of the reviews, my smallest little girl LOVES it there. And in two years, there has never been an issue. And as for the smell? I rarely smell any foul odors there, and when I do, I am mindful enough to understand that dogs smell, and keeping them from doing so is no easy task. That's why they don't stay in my house all day!

I have been using Wagging Tails Doggy Daycare for the past two years. I have a 6 pound Maltese - Poodle Mix. She loves going to the daycare. I don't agree with the previous review about small dogs. Wagging Tails has a room for small dogs they can go into when they need to rest from running in circles with the larger dogs all day. Personally, I think mixing large and small dogs prepares the little dogs for life, It socializes them and teaches them tactics to avoid confrontation. We live in a world where small and big dogs are mixed. The people who work at the day care are very mindful and helpful. They are always proactive in seeing a conflict before it happens. they will keep certain dogs away from each other and such. I would fully recommend this day care! They are great and have helped me out numerous times. Thanks Wagging Tails!

This place not only smells terrible but is dirty! Also they do not have room for the dogs to play unless you consider a tiny cement slab efficient enough. If you have a small dog, don't even think about bringing your dog here, they do not separate dogs which is NECESSARY!!! No matter what you think about your little dog doing fine with big dogs it is not worth the risk. Dogs should be separated based on temperament, I would never leave my Corgis here! Ever! If you think this place is nice you have obviously never been to Doguroo daycare and boarding on Northside Drive!

I called this company after seeing the deal on Groupon - No pits or pit-mixes? This is just down-right wrong. Why punish the responsible dog owners like myself? Rise above discrimination and temperament test the dogs that come to your facility. I would never drop my pitbulls off at a daycare that didn't temperament test because all dogs bite. (To the responsible owners: Must Love Dogs in Marietta temperament tests AND they don't judge a book by its cover).

First of all, there is no better feeling than leaving your dog with people who actually love and treat him the way you do! The staff at Wagging Tails really does go above and beyond to make their customers (both K9 and human) happy. I love bringing my dog, Banks, to Wagging Tails and knowing that they love and play with all the dogs there. The staff is wonderful, the facility is clean, and I get to pick up a VERY HAPPY and tired dog at the end of the day! If you haven't tried Wagging Tails you MUST give it a try--- you'll be glad that you did!

The folks at Wagging Tails went above and beyond for my dog during his stay. First of all, they gave him a bath at the end of his 15 day stay - that way I had a nice, fresh smelling dog. When I arrived to pick up my dog, they had his stuff (bed, food, leash) in a bag, ready to go to expedite my pick-up. They even called me when my dog was on his 1st day hunger strike - they were concerned that my dog wasn't eating enough food. They just look for ways to go the extra mile for their customers.

My husband and I were nervous about bringing our lab puppy, Molly, to doggie day care, but we couldnt be happier with Wagging Tails. We knew it was a good sign when she pulled us to the door on the 2nd day. The owner and the caregivers really seem to love Molly, and we have no worries while we are at work. We take Molly to day care 4x per week and spend lots of time watching her on the webcam. We have noticed an improvement in her behavior around other dogs which is another great benefit to day care. We would never bring her anywhere else and highly recommend Wagging Tails.
