I love how Wal-mart at this location looks since it was renovated. Its much cleaner and roomier.

It is a nice store. It is in a nice neighborhood. Traffic gets bad on the main street so I do not go unless I have to. It is also close to work. Unfortunately they do not have an auto service department.

I love this Wal-Mart location! It's very convenient and the parking is a breeze. The Super Store has a great selection of merchandise and groceries. This store is always clean and bright, and not usually a hassle at the check-out. Easy to zip in and out, even during peak times, if you need to pick up something quickly.

I like this Wal-Mart location because it is near my place of employment and convenient when needing to run an errand during lunch. Now that they have expanded to a Super-Store, it is even better.

When I first went in to find out where I needed to pick up an item that I had already purchased, I went to the Customer Service desk - not much service there. I was less than pleased with the frowning clerk behind the desk. However, when I did find where I needed to go, the person that helped me was proactive and very helpful and nice - definitely not what I was expecting. Then, when leaving, I actually say the manager of the store and he asked if he could get me a cart. I definitely expected the attitude of the customer service clerk, but what followed was true service and quite shocking.

I've shopped here for many years. The store was recently converted to a Wal-Mart SuperCenter, which probably has nothing to do with my comment. I went for a piece of fabric (since fabric stores have disappeared and the nearest craft store w/fabric is 15+ miles away). I spent about 30 min. in the fabric department waiting for someone to wait on me - cut my piece from the fabric bolt and scan and price it so I could go to checkout. Ringing the bell on the table - twice - didn't bring anyone. A passing employee's PA call for help didn't bring anyone. About 6 employees passed the fabric department - which is right on one of the main aisles in the store - and ignored us. An employee finally came to cut the fabric but she did not know how to use the scanner. She fianlly rounded up someone who knew how to use the scanner (but knew nothing about fabric) and the process was finally completed. Who knows where the employee who was supposed to be working in the craft/fabric department was. The fabric department is one where, if you're buying fabric or other material from a bolt, you HAVE to have customer service because the material has to be cut. My suggestion to Wal-Mart is to get rid of the fabric department since you seem unwilling or unable to staff it. In general, in this store, the employees have an attitude of apathy, ignoring customers, and having a good chat among themselves. I will likely only shop there rarely.
