Above & beyond!, 12/02/2009

I bought a "white sofa set", had it for about 2 months & decided I couldn't live with it. I explained my predicament & they were positive from the start. I in turned bought a new couch (leather) and... ended up spending a bit more! They didn't even charge me a return fee or extra delivery charge to return the coach!

Very spaceous and lots to choose from

The prices was just right with 50% off with the rising Gas Prices and the economy the way it's. Walker took the time to think about the common folks also.

Fantastic. Good custoner service approach

We ran across the upper end furniture by accident on my way to the bathroom. We did however ask to see dining room sets and we were guided to the upstairs elevator. I guess the general masses are the majority looking for the stuff upstairs unknowingly of the better high end products downstairs. Why us it that automatically the masses goes up the escalator.

Better than I expected.

Our salesperson was amazing. We explained what we were looking for and she very graciously pointed us in the right direction to browse. It was so nice not to have her hovering or lurking nearby. When we were ready we found her and proceeded to make our purchase( unfortunately we were unable to qualify for credit and subsequently had to leave our choices in their warehouse...alas we are financially challenged). We left with a felling that we would one day return...when our finances allow for it. Thanks to their professional staff for handling this uncomfortable and embarrassing experience with kindness.

The lighting in all areas was adjusted to fit the furniture the room was showing. After a hard hour of spending money, the hot dog and music was calming.

Walker Furniture

Worst customer service I have ever had. I was told I could return a bed if not happy, within 30 days. When I tried to return this rock-hard Serta bed, I was told I could only exchange it and then pay a restocking fee of 20%, plus a refund fee, plus a fee to pick up the bed. They only carry Serta and I certainly did not want another one of those beds. They finally decided to honor what their salesman told me and put through the return (still keeping $319.25). they told me to wait 7-10 days for it to show up on my credit card. 2 weeks later, still no refund. I called and they said they never even processed my credit and told me to wait another 7-10 days. The quality of their furniture sucks, their customer service sucks. I will never deal with Walker again
