I tried to cancel an appt that I had made same day to then be told that I would be charged a fee. I know most offices have 24 notices but I didnt have 24 hrs to cancel. So then she says they also have a policy if you make an appt same day then you can not cancel. I have never heard of a such policy. I think that is pushing the limits on charging fees. They lost a patient over $25 and she did not care. Told me that is fine. Staff was very rude to me and didn't even try to help. Was also told there policies are posted in the office. Who goes in the office to make a appt??

I have been to this practice before and they were nice until they found out I have CFSID and Fibromyalgia. They acted like they just wanted me out the door after that. I tried to make an appointment this morning since I have new insurance and my old doctor is not on the plan. They told me to go call my insurance company and find out through them if their group takes this plan. Are you kidding me? You can't even tell me wether or not you take Aetna HMO????? I remembered the other reason I stopped going to them before - they are definately NOT patient oriented.

I love this practice. The doctors are great and they can treat the entire family. As the mother of small children, it is so nice to be able to get everyone seen at the same time. The new location is fabulous and they can do x-rays and lab work on site. You will be pleased with your visit.
