The billing staff make errors which the customers are forced to pay. They mislead customers about insurance coverage for certain services. After the service, they admit their error but still expect the customer to pay. The crowns which my insurance company refused to pay for because they were deemed "not necessary" are causing me problems. Apparently the dentist's work was not very good. I've changed dentists for me and my family. The person who referred me to this dentist has had the same experiences.
