The staff is rude. It took an hour for a follow up visit that was requested by the Physician Assistant. The reason for the delay was that the doctor was busy speaking to the Pharmaceutical reps that came in after my appointment time. They were explaining how much money can be made by perscribing their products. Care for the patient is not a priority of this particular staff and doctor. I have heard great things about the other doctors but we were told that changes in physician are not possible.

The staff at Dr. Warner's office is rude and very unconcerened. I waited one hour just to give blood when no one else was in the waiting room. I asked twice why was the wait so long and was dismissed like a child. When I decided to walk out, I was quickly taken to the lab for blood test. Dr. Warner never laid her hands on me during two visits. She did listen to my heart, that is all. During my last visit, Dr. Warner was called out twice while seeing me. I never got the chance to discuss anything with her. I ended up seeing another doctor in the area and so happy I did! Dr. Warner is too busy and rushed to really be thorough and caring. She has zero personality. I would not take a dog hit by a car to her.

Dr. Warner was my doctor and I went to her complaining of a lump under my are and she gave my antibiotics, told me to use hot rags, and prescribed all kinds of things but would never investigate further. Finally, she decided to let me see a surgeon that could do a biopsy. I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I could have been diagnosed sooner if she would have stepped up her game!!!!
