Wrong diagnosis and no follow up, 12/21/2011

Dr. Warren inaccurately diagnosed me with dry skin. I itched all over and exhibited small, raised bumps, some being red. After perscribing lotion and a topical steriod, my itching became severe and... deprived me of sleep. I asked her to call me four separate times during a week and she never returned my call.

Don't Waste Your Time & Money, 12/05/2011

Although the staff seems somewhat unhappy, the doctor seems dizzy and her procedures are overpriced. The facility is smelly and equipment seems old.

Great Dr. Bad Staff

I was seeing Dr. Warren at the Marietta office. The staff there is terrible. She is remarkable!!! She has other practice areas with a great staff (Lilburn). These people are not hired by Dr. Warren. She is in a huge group and just a dr. at the practice, sorta just one of the staff, but she is excellent. (She is also beautiful) You can't blame her for the staff she is provided as she has no control over that issue. She actually gave me a number to call and complain about a staff member. I have since left Ga. but would return to her the minute I ever went back to Ga. BEST DR. EVER & the best looking one in the state og Ga

Worst in Town

Are you fmiliar with the sirens and warning sounds that go off when Clark Howard is speaking with someone who mentions a shady business or scam? Imagine those going off right now if you are considering Dr. Warren's office. Never in my 45 years on this planet have I seen such a poor excuse for a Dr's office. It seems to be run by crack heads, no kidding. Do your self a favor and look for another derm. Dr. trust me.

Best in Town

Dr. Felicity Warren is very knowledgeable and always takes her time to talk with the patient in order to help even more. I am a patient with her since 10 years and I was very satisfied from day one.

Best in Atlanta Metro Area

My son visited 3 Dermatologists. Only Dr. Warren was able to pinpoint the cure. Within 7 days, my son's red dots went away. Dr. Warren took a keen interest in understanding the skin condition and her staff did an outstanding job. Don't waste your money on anyone else. Bruce

KINDNESS AND DILIGENCE WITH DR WARREN

DR WARREN IS FABULOUS does a very thorough skin check and has actually found a cancerous mole that my gyn missed. which shows how she looks everywhere. everyone runs behind, but that is typical for doctors, so i always bring something to read. That doesnot really matter when you consider how well she tries to explainin the office. i took my grandmother to her for a rash that no other dr could seem to diagnose. she figured it out in one visit. the rash was due to a medicine all the other drs i took her too said it was dry skin...

wonderful and talented

I recently went to see Dr. Warren to have acne treated. I was greet at the front desk with a very nice person who seemed to remain calm even though there were several people being rude to her. Once I was in the room, she came in and spent time with me. She explained my condition well and after prescribing my medications, she recommended other things I could do to enhance the effectiveness of my medications. I highly recommend Dr. Warren. She is very knowlegable and very kind. I have taken my children to see her as well and received the same service.

LOVE my dermatologiat

Dr Warren has always been compassionate and honest. She answers my questions and explains as thoroughly as possible the moles she may be worried about or the medication she recommends. I think it might be over my head for me to ask very technical questions...that is what doctors go to school for so long, so they can understand it. I dont quiz my mechanic or my plumber about every detail of their repairs. Dr Warren is very smart, and fast. I dont want to talk to my doctor for an hour...i have to get back to work, she understands that. And as with any doctor I may have to wait a bit to see her but she's worth it. How long do you stand in line for your starbucks latte?

Ok, I'm not crazy...

I recently visited this office and saw Dr. Warren. I thought maybe it was me...I shouldn't have second guessed myself. She was very nonchalant and in being so prescribed a cortisone cream to a scalp infection I had WHICH MADE IT WORSE. After calling the office numerous times it took one of the nurses to tell me that I should NOT have been using this cream. When I went back in to see the dr. she tried to dismiss my concerns about why she prescribed a cream that was going to increase my infection. As a result I lost about a 3 inch diameter of hair. I'm now seeing another dermatologist praying my condition isn't permanent. I have never felt worse about a physician. Please do not use this derm. I am, in fact, considering civil suit.

She is an angel!

Dr. Warren has been part of our family for over 15yrs. She saved my fathers life by detecting his melanoma (sp?). She is a kind and generous soul. Dr. Warren helps so many; we luckily include her in our family.

I'll be looking for someone new as well...

I never actually got to meet Dr. Warren (seems like a good thing after seeing the comments). I actually saw her assistant Katherine James. She wizzed in the room mummled some things and almost seemed to have some type of hyperactive disorder. The nurses were also rather rude and I felt like there were no questions that were solicited and questions that I did get to work into the quick conversation weren't really answered. Everyone, doctors and nurses alike, like to quickly mumble comments or ask questions. Good luck if you have hearing problems. This is the second time I have been to this office and both times I have felt as though I were bothering the staff. Though it works well with my insurance, I would rather pay a little more and get some more personalized care.

Don't expect kindness

I am fair skinned and have to get my moles checked yearly to check for cancerous moles. I went to the Dunwoody location (on Hammond Drive) a few years ago. When I asked Dr. Warren why she thought a certain mole looked suspicious, she got really defensive and said something like, "Twelve years in school and training" instead of answering specifically what she thought looked wrong with the mole. I felt she should have been able to answer my question. I wasn't challenging her, just genuinely curious. Plus, she made a joke about one of her own moles, then when I politely chuckled, she seemed to resent that. (?)I never went back to her. I did go back and try another dermatologist at the same location. That person was VERY rude to me (but I'll save that for a different review). I think there might be something in the way the office is run that puts a lot of pressure on the doctors. Oh, by the way, the office I saw these docs in (which was in Dunwoody near perimeter mall), was cold and impersonal. It was painted white with no decorating at all, and they made you sign in yourself in using a omputer so the front desk didn't really have to help you at all. Yuck!
