This program is great if you are willing to give it a chance. As a veteran who suffers from PTSD I was afraid to keep trying things, but once I tried this it worked for me. The program will work if you have trust in the coach and work to achieve your own personal goals. My life is ten times better than it was before!!! So you deserve to have an awesome life and you can get it back after PTSD. So please give it a chance.. The coach is fantastic!!!

I am a veteran of the U. S. Army that was in aviation (crew chief). When I first talked to Warrior Life Coach, I was down right feeling sorry for myself and didn't know what to do. They gave me assignments and also coached me after the assignments were done. I learned much from my sessions, simply because he knew where I was coming from being that he also was a Veteran. I first started out angry and mad at myself because things were not going my way, however, my coach asked me to follow a process that we both agreed on. I did what was agreed to and realized after a few sessions that there was improvement on my part, especially the anger. Believe me, my look on life changed for the better. I now feel better about myself and will continue to use the techniques I learned. I highly suggest that any veteran get in touch with Warrior Life Coach for coaching and see what they can do for you.

After 7 years of living with morbid obesity, I began working with the Warrior Life Coach in November 2009. I realized that if I didn't change my life, there wouldn't be much of it left. The SR methodology helped me to establish goals and put me on track. 1 year later, and I have lost 110 pounds. The program is easy and it works!!! T.T. (age 51)
