Very Impressed
Way's replaced three ceiling fans, two bathroom light fixtures and a dining room chandilier in my house and did a great job. Truman was my electrician and he was on time, courtesy, explained everything to me and gave me helpful tips. Way's also did some electricial work at my office and also did a great job.

Late and then no-show
Called to confirm appointment time and ETA and then called to inform me he would be later. 30 minutes later called to tell me he needed to reschedule and then couldn't meet my needs for a rescheduled time. Poor.

Late and Rude
After calling a week in advance to schedule an appt., taking time off from my job and waiting for the tech to arrive I was very disappointed when he called (late) and informed me rudely that he would be over an hour late, could look at the job but would not have time to do the work, (a ceiling fan and a chandelier) and would have to come back another day.(Another day off work for me) When I called the office to express my displeasure, the young lady on the phone was rude also. I will NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
