We had to put my baby down yesterday, he was 11.5 years old. I am convinced he would have lived a lot longer had he not been subjected to the 16 chest X-Rays that Dr. Bobdurant and cronies subjected him to. If unable to find anything after 3 X-Rays, someone should have spoken up and said why do more? Apparently when I left him in their care I said the wrong words when they asked "is their a certain budget you want to keep this within?", "whatever it takes to get him better" was my answer. I would have given them the money $2K plus if they DIDN'T take that many X-Rays. Anyway, he died due to cancer throughout his abdomen and brain. I don't have enough energy to say anything more. I can however highly recomend Dr.Keller at Alpharetta Animal Hospital and also BluePearl in Sandy Springs which we took him to after this fiasco and saved him that same day with a transfusion.

If you are searching for a vet who will provide real, expert recommendations for your ill pet and level set with you on treatment options in a life or death situation don't come here. I spent thousands on unnecessary treatments that did not benefit my pet and after second opionions from more seasoned vets realized I was being taken on an emotional and costly ride by Webb Bridge. Gotta hand it to them - they know how to get you to part with your hard earned dollars by instilling rays of hope in hopeless situations.

I have been very happy with this vet's office. They are not the cheapest in the area, but do use very high tech methods and are great at what they do. The old saying in life is true: “you get what you pay for”. Up until this point, I have had no complaints with them and would highly recommend them to any friend or family member. I feel like both Dr. B & Dr. Kennedy spend a significant amount of time with you during your visits and are extremely knowledgeable. The wait time is about average: 10-15 minutes. If you call with any concerns, the turnaround time is impressive. After reading other people’s reviews all I have to say is that the doctor's do have very strong opinions on things like purchasing meds outside of their office, but I've heard that from every vet that I have ever been to and just take it with a grain of salt. I have never used their grooming or boarding services, so I can’t speak about those, but I have never used a vet for those services before. I prefer to go to places that specialize only in grooming &/or boarding/daycare.

In general I've been happy bringing my dog here. The vet is friendly and good with the animals. They give you a hassle about getting a prescription (for example PetMeds) by a) requiring a written prescription as opposed to a phone authorization and b) by badmouthing the quality of PetMeds medication c) not allowing pet owner to choose the amount of doses (12 month supply versus 6 month supply). The cost for a 12 month supply is typically cheaper than the 6 month supply.

If you are looking for a vet within an hour of Alpharetta go to Webb Bridge! Dr.B is the most talented vet that I've ever seen and I've had dogs for 26 years. The staff is truly caring as well. Im so glad that I found them.

First off, let me say that I have 10 dogs and 4 cats and I also run a rescue group for which Dr. B is our vet. I have always had cats and dogs and went to many vets until I found Webb Bridge Animal Hospital and Dr. B. Since then, my animals have received the best care. Dr. B had to become creative when one of my dogs broke his jaw and the Universities said they could not help. She has never given up and is tireless in her efforts to get to the bottom of some complex health issues. I know she has spent countless nights (sleeping at the clinic) and weekends at the clinic when she had an animal that required that constant vigil. She takes the time to get to know her clients and their animals. I have recommended her to many people and all have the same opinion of her. I have been going to her for 8 years now and would never dream of going elsewhere. Webb Bridge Animal Hospital will soon be moving into a new facility that they are building. I was given a tour of this facility and it is spectacular. From the rescue side, on top of taking care of her own clients, she has vetted close to 400 animals for us in the past 3 - 4 years. She has given up evenings and weekends to help us when we took in puppy mill rescues and shelter dogs that needed extra care. How many vets would do that? My animals are family member and as such, I want them to get the best medical care possible and they get that at Webb Bridge Animal Hospital!

I have been going to Webb Bridge Animal Hospital for 19 years. During that time, I have rarely had less than four dogs and one cat (who is now 20 years old). I have experienced several vets during those 19 years and, without a doubt, I believe Dr. Bondurant is one of the most conscientious, vigilant, reliable, experienced, and caring vets I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. She has been there through all of my pets’ passings (five), no matter the time of day or night. In my experience, Dr. Bondurant does whatever it takes to get my pet through a crisis, whether it is tireless research, testing, conferring with other veterinarians, etc. Dr. Bondurant was one of the first vets in my area to purchase a laser machine for surgical procedures; thereby, providing less trauma and faster healing for my pet. Webb Bridge is opening a new facility mid-fall. I recommend her highly and suggest you visit for yourself, allowing you to experience some of the best healthcare for your animal family.

We boarded our dog for the weekend because of a family emergency. When I went to pick her up, she smelled awful and looked unkept. When I asked about her care, the front desk seemed unapologetic and would not let me view the room where they kept our dog. I demanded that she be cleaned immediately, but there was no groomer on site for the day. They did offer a free wash (worth $15). She smelled so badly that I had to drive with the windows down to PETSMART for an emergency cleaning! I have not returned to the facility and feel terrible that our family pet had to endure that smell all weekend!

NIce staff but felt like i didn't know what was going on with my cat even after $400. I went in to see why my cat was hacking so much and all I got was change the food. I was a little busy but just thought I would get more time with the doctor.

I love taking my little guy to Webb Bridge Animal Hospital. He is now our 4th child and we found him on Shiloh Rd. After several days of trying to find his owners, we took him to see the folks at Webb Bridge. They are terrific. They gave us a dsicounted price since they knew we had found this dog. His care has always been exceptional and I know he will be petted and loved when he stays with them. He has had some minor medical issues, and they have always handled his care with professionalism and great care. Wonderful folks!

I visited Webb Bridge in late August 2006 after I had just moved to the area and needed to find a good place to board my dog. While the staff was very knowledgable, the facility was a mess. The office is run down, disorganized, and the kennel area was completely in shambles. Several of the runs were broken and held together with plastic ties, but a dog could easily get a paw, or worse, their head, caught in the fencing and get cut on the sharp edges of the runs. The lighting was poor and there was a horrible stench to the place. There was pee on the floor in front of the kennels and several dogs had no water or bedding in their metal cages. The kennel "technician" was on the phone instead of cleaning the place up and giving the animals the attention they deserved. The staff seemed nice enough, but I would NEVER board my animal there. Before you agree to board there, please look at the kennel and make sure you want to leave your animal in their incompetent care.
