Unprofessional, 1/22/2013

At first when I came to them, the office was wonderful and made it easy for me to get in touch with them and set up appointments. Then after I sent in all my paperwork, I stopped getting updates from... the firm, so I sent a couple emails and called in every other day to try and reach someone to see if I could get an update. I finally got in touch with an assistant who said she would call me back and let me know the situation. She never called back, and every time I've called in since she refuses to take my call and has the receptionist tell me to leave a message. I have emailed several people in their office to try and get a response and no one has responded. If you are no longer interested in pursuing a case, you either formally write a letter stating that decision or otherwise let me know directly. Ignoring emails and phone calls is so incredibly unprofessional I cannot even believe that a law firm would act in such a way. Please be aware of how their office handles business.

Professional, quality service, 1/27/2009

Mr. Lindsey represented us beautifully, always listened to us, spent quality time answering questions, and we felt valued by him and the rest of the staff. They were professional, kind, and... definitely got the job done!
