I took my daughter's prom dress to be altered here and will never go back. I had been here before to buy novelties for friends' weddings, but this was the first time I had to work with the sales personnel. Two different staff members made racist comments about their tailors. One rolled her eyes and said, "I can never read THEIR writing..." (In fact my daughter had written out the slip.) When we showed up on time for our second fitting appointment the sales person barked at us, "We are barely open!" I replied that we set the appointment for this time, and that we did not want to be late. She replied, "Well, SHE'S not here yet, and probably won't be for another 20 minutes. You know how they are." (SHE of course being the tailor, THEY, one would assume meaning those of the tailor's ethnic background.) We found the tailoring to be fine, and the tailors were in fact the sweetest people we dealt with. One made secondary changes to the dress while we waited. The salespeople were rude, abrupt, and acted like we were wasting their time or in their way. Too bad, because we have several daughters who will be looking for winter formal and prom gowns, and eventually bridesmaids' dresses. We have a lot of business to give a wedding shop, and it will most definitely not be this one.

Interacting with this store was by far the worst experience of planning my wedding. I had a shipping issue where I felt that the store had made a mistake and I wanted them to pay the difference in shipping costs. (It seems that shipping issues is a theme with this store.) I asked to see the owner, who was not helpful. When I expressed my opinion that she was not helping me she launched into a tirade about how ungrateful I am and how I am getting married so I should just focus on that. I put my phone on speaker and laid it on the couch and my fiance and I listened to her literally yelling at me, threatening to cancel my order. This was 4 days before my wedding and it completely broke me and I started sobbing. This was that last thing that I needed. The owner knows very very little about customer service. DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS.

The Wedding Accessory Superstore is a store like no other. It's clean, pretty inside and spacious. I purchased everything from them. My 5 bridesmaid dresses came in early and were perfect. I brought in my Bridal Gown and tried on Veils, Tiara's, Jewelry, Shoes and even a slip. I found everything at this store. There was always a weekly or monthly special on something. 20% here and there really makes a difference. I got my invitations here, and Kim was wonderful. She helped me with all the wording and they came out beautiful. I highly recommend this store to anyone planning a wedding. No one is on commission here so they actually spend some time with you and... they are open 7 days a week.

On 5/25/08 I went to see this store and check out possible monogram cake toppers. When I got there I was slightly disappointed. This store is very cluttered & disorganized looking but I found a topper none the less. While the training associate showed the trainee how to complete my purchase I asked if it could be shipped to my home? They said yes so I asked when will it arrive at my home? They stated it would be there in 2 weeks. Well, as of 06/16/08 I still had not rcvd my topper and had not heard from the store so I called them. I ended up speaking with Kim (the owner) who was very RUDE! Kim stated that they decided, since my wedding isn't until Sept. they waited until they had more orders of the same product before actually placing my order (order finally placed on 6/09/08). When I asked when I should expect the topper to arrive she stated that it would not be shipped from the creating company until 6/20 (almost a month later). Then once the store received it they would mail it to me (which I paid extra for). When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she had the audacity to ask "Well your wedding isn't until Sept., so is there a reason you need it sooner?" She didn't get it! I was told 2 weeks, I paid the amount they were charging, I should get my product when I was told that I would right?

I had numerous problems and very poor customer service. Probably the worst vendor I used for my wedding. This is so funny going back and reading what people wrote about Kim! She was the only vendor in my wedding that made me cry too! I had multiple shipping issues and filed a complaint w/ the BBB. She actually screamed at me from the middle of the store and demanded I follow her! What a nasty, nasty lady.

This store has it all from A-Z for your wedding needs. Their prices have gone up a little, but most merchandise is still the best prices you'll find. If you do go there ask for Vicki she is amazing, she knows every product and is the sweetest person you'll meet in retail. Some of the other girls there are not as helpful though and seem not to care.

This place is awesome! I used this place so much in the months leading up to my wedding. I bought my bridesmaids dresses, their jewelry, all the alterations and my wedding dress aleterations done there. They all new me by name and each one of the workers were more than willing to help! I think my most favorite part was the alterations. The alteration lady charged eight dollars a busstle on my wedding dress when davids bridal was charging 50! I love each and every person that works there and they are so helpful! I will reccomend them to everyone!!!!
