My entire family have used both Dr. Hammesfar and Dr. Weil for years. The are both very knowledgeable, kind, and accurate in diagnosis. Dr. Hammesfar diagnosed and operated on a rare issue with my mother's ankle. She would not have been able to walk if he had not treated her. Now you would never know she had a problem at all. Additionally, Dr. Weil opperated on my brother, who managed to pull a plug of bone out of his wrist in a baseball injury. He is now better than ever. I personally have had less major issues, but they have fixed my broken wrist, foot, and knee issues over the years. Because of their service and astute ability to accurately diagnose, treat, I am able to write, and paint wonderfully, and run long distances as if I was never injured at all. I would send anyone with any orthopedic issue to them. Besides, wouldn't you want to go to the orthopedist that Eric Clapton trusts with those magnificently gifted hands?

Staff and Dr. were very rude to me. I had 7 calls over 5 days to verify if I could come off crutches for work and all calls were never returned. Nurse and office manager were caught in lies. I demanded my insurance company send me to a competant, professional and compassionate doctor, which I now have and he is just as outraged and disgusted by the misdiagnosis, professional and personal mistreatment I received. I suffered needlessly 2 mo's of phy therapy with 2 broken legs. I now have permenant black bruising in bottoms of both feet due to blood from my knees pooling over months of continuous injury due to misdiagnosis. My new Dr. ordered and MRI which he advised is protocol as well as mandatory with the amt of swelling, bruising and pain I was in and he verified i had obvious and serious fractures in both knees! I would not send my worst enemy let alone an animal to these people. I have filed an offical complaint with the medical board and hired an attorney!

This group, while always behind in their schedule, is very good and very nice to work with. Dr. Weil is the best hand surgeon. I had carpal tunnel surgery on both wrists and he's just the best.

I am new in this state and this dr. came highly reccommended to me for surgery, but unfortunately for me it has been three mos. and I still haven't gotten an appointment - now I don't want one! If this is indicative of the future medical treatment - I scared...

Very efficient office. Caring staff. High volume, popular practice. Each doctor specializes - one on arms and hands and the other on feet and legs. The office is full of autographed pictures from musicians, athletes, and stars they have cared for. I've used both doctors twice over the years. They know what they're doing.

We have been going to Drs. Weil and Hammesfar for over 10 years. We have always received excellent care here, no matter what the reason for our visit. Wait times are short, the care is excellent and we never have had to wait when we needed to schedule an appointment. Both doctors work equally well with children and adults. I highly recommend them.
