Glenn conducted two home inspections for us (one of which turned up major issues and led us to back out of the sale), including radon testing and low-flow plumbing inspection. It was nice to go into negotiations with such a thorough report. He was prompt (reports were in our hands a few hours after the inspection) and thorough. He was a gentleman throughout the process. His fee is a little higher than others, but he is a licensed professional in all the major areas, and you're talking a few hundred dollars on a MAJOR investment. I am struggling to find superlatives strong enough to describe his excellence. HIGHLY recommended.

Welch is the MOST qualified home inspector you will ever find. He inspected my former home for the buyers. We maintained our former home but he was able to identify a couple of items (one electrical) that was very important. We used him to inspect our new home. While most home inspectors book in 2 hour increments, W.W. spent 8.5 hours examining the entire house from top to bottom. His report is extremely thourough and actually helps when you're maintaining your home (assuming to buy the property). He was on-time and very professional. Book early if you want him. Independent of me, one of my colleagues was referred to W.E.. The Real Estate brokers representing the builder was not pleased that W.E. was retained. The tend to like the guys who get in and out in under 2 hours. W.E.qualifications are awsome. He's a licensed: structrual engineer, plumber, electrician, HVAC, and attorney. He earns his fee, which is very reasonable given the amount of time he invests, the fact that anyone in GA can call themselves a builder, and the fact that he's highly qualified. You get what you pay for . . . .
