Bought a shiny red Infiniti G35 Coupe from Chris Gamble at West Coast Auto Mall in Holiday, Florida.
It's been almost 4 months and I've referred 2 neighbors to them - and Chris gave me a gift card to Outback. Great group!
They didn't negotiate much on the price, but I have to admit that the price was pretty good - especially with the low miles and not a scratch on the car. Tires were a little low on tread, but that was discussed and I wanted to buy special performance tires and Chris did give me a little discount because of the tires.

HOW? They purchase red light, frame damaged cars cheaply auto auctions and then sell them on their lot. Most people cannot detect this damage, but a good inspection will reveal this defect. WHY AUTOCHECK? Most CarFax reports do not contain auto auction reports; however, AutoCheck does reveal some (not all) auto auction announcements. According to AutoCheck about 75% of West Coast Auto Mall cars have frame/unibody damage auction announcements. WHY? Buying frame damaged cars is something not easily noticed to the untrained eye. Then they advertise prices below NADA value, say save thousands, and "full factory warranty". However, if it's too good to be true, then it probably is.

Yep, vins check out with damaged cars. Don't play with this bunch . . research your dealer & find out all you can.

THE CONTRACT: No matter what they say or how they advertise, this is the bottom line on the contract.

1. All used cars are sold AS-IS, no warranty. You will pay all costs for any repairs needed. The dealer assumes no responsibility for any repairs, regardless of any oral statement about the vehicle.

2. All vehicles sold by West Coast Auto Mall are 'AS IS'. If a vehicle comes with the balance of a manufactures warranty, then this is between the buyer and the manufacturer.

3. West Coast Auto Mall does their best to inspect all vehicles but we only guarantee a clear title with no brands. We do not guarantee the vehicle has never been in any type of accident.

4. 1. All promises, statements, understandings or agreements….are expressly waived.

Basically they can tell you ANYTHING, but you sign the contract giving them the authority to LIE TO YOU.

We purchased a 2001 Lexus RX300 from West Coast Auto Mall from Chris Gamble. We had tried to purchase a different RX330 from another dealership and that fell through. We found West Coast Auto Mall on AutoTrader and had asked them to find a Lexus RX300. It took a few weeks, but them Chris called and actually drove the vehicle by our house to look at -- we're fairly close to the dealership and he just had the vehilce detailed. The miles were a little higher than we had wanted, but the Lexus was in awesome condition.

We traded in our vehicle and bought the Lexus the next day. Overall great experience and we're very happy with RX. We will continue to buy vehicles from West Coast Auto Mall, because they make it very smooth -- tell them what you want, they find it -- you drive it.

The only reason I gave 4 stars for Quality is there were more miles than I wanted, but the vehicle is great and doesn't reflect the miles at all. We've driven the RX about 900 miles and not a single noise, issue, concern - should probably be 5 stars, but I'm a tough critic.
