I have had nothing but problems with this company. They charged me more than they did for my daughters exams, and it was the exact same exam. When I finally decided to just pay them, rather than fight it, they told me they would release my prescription. They didn't, and I had to sit in the office for 40 minutes before htey would release it. I then asked them to send my daughter's contact lens prescription to me, and after 24 hours, they sent me her glasses prescription. I have called and every time I do, I get voice mail, even after going back to the receptionist numerous times. She would tell me that they told her they are going to pick up the call, then don't. I am so frustrated, I am fuming. I will certainly never use them again, and would not recommend them to anyone.

It is our goal at West Coast Eye Care to provide excellent health care and customer service to our patients. We have patient advocate signs in all of our offices, and if patients have a problem, we would hope that they would call, and speak to a manager, or fill out our customer service questionnaire and put it in our suggestion box.
