The same man who owns this print shop owns the one in Kroger, and another across the street from West End Mall. I entered the one across the street from West End Mall expecting to print from a USB, and found the owner on the phone. Afterwards, he sat me down on a computer, and wrote 1:35 on the sheet despite the 1:31 on the computer. Two minutes later, I completed my prints, and he attempted to charge me one dollar for using the computer for five minutes. Obviously, I refused to pay for three minutes of computer time I did not use, and said that I would use the library, or FedEx instead. He said he did not care. This is the attitude of a man with a monopoly in West End; I suggest that the residents of West End spend a little more time at the library, or a little more money at FedEx, and avoid being looted; this man obviously have no problems with cheating you if you let him do it.

The folks @ West End Print Shop are very friendly. Their prices are decent (9 cents a copy), and you don't have to wait very long for service. I often go there 15 minutes before a meeting starts with a request for more than 100 copies. The staff responds to my order with a smile and they're very patient. Southwest Atlanta lacks so many services; at least printing and copying are not on that list. The shop also offers fax services and I think you can order signs there as well. I just wish they could stay open later....
