Dr Kapp is okay, The office staff stinks.
Dr Kapp is good, but the scheduling and staff stink. Took over 3 days for the new patient secretary to call me back, 4th played phone tag, first appointment was a week and a half later. expect to schedule your appointment out at least 2 weeks from your call and dont expect to speak to any live person when you call, entire office runs off answering machines. i needed counseling after working with them!!!
