We just had all the upstairs floors redone by Westbury and it was a great experience. From the owner (Danny Pralgo) to the salesman (Garrett Sachs) to the installation crew was great. The hardwood is stunning and the carpet is just beautiful. They went above and beyond, repeatedly offering to come back if I ever find anything not to my satisfaction. They even honored the lowest bid I found. Other companies did not return calls or follow up after a quote. Love Westbury and highly recommend.

I was very disappointed in Westbury Carpet. They refused to quote carpeting without installation. On installation day, I realized why: they farm out their installation to the lowest bidder Hispanics. An American came to estimate the cost of installation, then the Hispanics bid on the job. If it takes longer than the American plans, the Hispanics eat the cost. That's not fair! My job was quoted to take one day. The guys were working hard, but at the end of the first day, they had only completed 2 rooms. I was charged $200 extra because my furniture is heavy teak and hard to move; but they didn't send any more men to work (they sent only 2). What was the extra charge for, and who got the money? I still feel bad for the Hispanics, who had to spend 2 days on my job, which they were told would take one day. It wasn't that they weren't working hard; they were. Also, because Westbury sent only 2 men, they gouged my furniture and baseboards (I TOLD Westbury my furniture was heavy and hard to move). I could have gone to Carpets of Dalton, bought the carpet more cheaply, and found my own illegal labor if I'd thought that was what Westbury was offering. Maybe all carpet is installed this way today, but I should have been told beforehand.
