My son is 17 and got his first cavity. I took him to get it filled and we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes after our appointment time before they even took us back to get him ready. Well that was just enough time to get a little ticked. They forgot to give him anything to numb and then got very upset when he complained about it. In our experience with them we found that they were rude, un-orgainized, and very unprofessional. Not to mention SLOW.
