I was so disgusted with the quality and trying to get service, well forget it! Owner talks like a concrete sciencetist, but knows nothing. Did my pool which after months of fueding was re done by another company. did my pool deck stamped and covered all the joint lines for expansion so eventually cracks appeared and guess what that's not there fault? cmon,,,the only plus here is after calls and interviews this company has been removed from the BBB(better business bureau) and has a por company rating. After arbitration they were sent to do my pool again but after the "man" and i use that word lightly, told me to get bk in the f**king house I kicked them off job and the bbb made them pay for another company to do the work..There a gem and unless you have endless hours to be on phone or dispute concrete "habits" dial another company..fast!!!

they re-surfaced my pool 2 years ago and it has had a leak the entire time.. they claimed it was evaporation.. finally I got fed up and had american leak detection come out and they found where it was leaking from. it was western pools fault and they will not pay for the fix job. can't believe they are still in service..

A friend recommended Western Pool highly, but warned me that the owner-can't remember his name-was a talker and would hold you captive whenever he came by! OK, that was fine. He talked a good game and I fell for it. Within days, the plaster had discolored and there were hairline cracks on the steps. We also had him Color-cote our 800sq foot patio and fill in a planter-hole in the middle of it where a tree used to be. Well, the (obviously un-trained and unlicensed) guys who filled the hole made it higher than the rest of the patio, which now causes water to dam up against our house when it rains! I called Western Pool after this to get them to come out and take a look, and the owner did, but talked for -no kidding-2 HOURS and basicly said he would send someone out to caulk the area so that the water would not seep into the house. Well, that never happened. I also sent Western Pool a certified letter with photos outlining what the problem was and what we wanted done to fix it and we did not even get a response! This guy talks a good game and he is a great salesman, but be aware that there is ABSOLUTELY ZERO service after the sale. I would NEVER recommend them!
